By booking a call, you agree to the following terms:

Recording: All conversations are recorded. By participating, you consent to being recorded.

Publication: Recordings are lightly edited and published on YouTube (Brian Bug @thebrianbug). By booking, you consent to publication.

What this is: A conversation where I name the gap between what you say you want and what you actually want — the real goal underneath the stated one, and the specific mechanism that fires to prevent it. Not therapy. Not coaching. Not medical advice. If you're in crisis or need mental health support, please seek appropriate professional help.

Scheduling: 60 minutes. Book up to 2 weeks in advance. Reschedule 24+ hours in advance.

Cancellation

Free calls: 24 hours notice to reschedule. No-shows waste slots.

Paid services: Terms will be on booking page if/when offered.
